Construction Features :

• Rollers : Roller are made of graded cast iron. And can also be provided with Stainless steel roller as per costumer requirement. Groove are provided to have proper nib on sugarcane.
• Axles : Axles are made of graded carbon steel and forced into the roller under hydraulic pressure. They are ground for better life of bearing.
• Gears : All the gear in gear box are hardened and ground to reduce frictional losses and improve power efficiency. The gears of crusher are also  graded carbon steel material.
